Getting your vehicle detailed not only revives its appearance but also shields it from potential environmental damages and day to day uses. A 2017 study published in the Journal of Environmental Psychology revealed that maintaining a clean environment in one’s surroundings can positively impact mental health. Participants in the study reported higher stress and depression levels in cluttered environments.
The time between a detail service depends entirely upon the vehicles condition, age, as well as service(s) requested. Time frames can differ between a coated vs. uncoated vehicle.
Our warranty-backed Ceramic coatings provide hydrophobic and self-cleaning properties, along with micro scratch resistance (some types), and most importantly UV resistance, reducing the need for frequent polishing that can wear down your clear coat over time, exposing you to potential clear coat failure. We recommend bi-monthly to quarterly ceramic maintenance services under or warranty program as well as an annual check-up, to keep your coating performing at its best. Otherwise, a safe hand wash 2-3 times per month with us is sufficient. For uncoated vehicles we highly recommend a ph-neutral soap such as “Dr. Beasley’s Premium Body Wash” and for coated vehicles, their “Ceramic Body Wash”.
To determine the likelihood of removing a scratch, a reliable method is the fingernail test. If your fingernail, regardless of length, catches in the scratch, there’s roughly a 95% chance it wont budge. However, utilizing our advanced skills, we employ techniques such as wet-sanding to diminish the appearance of the scratch. In cases where the scratch is too deep, we apply (if-provided) touch-up paint to address the chip or scratch effectively.
For dents and large gouges, it is best recommended to contact a body shop.
Time can vary depending on your service selection and vehicle condition. Please check out our Services page for more details.
